While the country sank in the middle of a pandemic, a movement of Black Rights matter and a need to break free and invest in a project about not being held down, moving with the currents of our time and rising stronger as a result. This collaboration explored the salt remaining as a result of an individuals determination of their Art.

Cira Robinson, a celebrated Principle Dancer trained in her clothes and Ballet shoes which were then immortalised with her own embellishments. Her unique sweat crystals are like scattered reflections on the ocean surface and the salt within it. A drifting vision under a hand painted turbulent sea.
